Disagree with Palpatine being less evil than Holden due to him attempting to destroy the universe in Rise of Skywalker and having a bigger impact in the universe of his work, and disagree with AM beating Holden due to Holden having less resources and being more disturbing.

Frieza is basically a less evil AM. all he did was destroy most of an entire race, thinking they all died, AM made a race go extinct, and left some people alive so he could torture them. AM is what kendrick wishes he could be 😭😭

AM is not pure evil like Judge Holden, it's just a tormented computer that has an existential crisis and kills all human life except 5 people to torment for all eternity. In a way this puts AM as a tragic figure, not an evil one.

Palpatine, Bill Cipher, Damien from Omen, the Demon from Exorcist, Griffith. They're all more evil than AM because they all know good and evil, yet choose evil for the heck of it.

Judge Holden on the other hand is a literal symbolization towards Satan, if you want another character that'd be more evil than him, get someone just like him but on a universal scale; Morgorth, the source of all evil in the LOTR universe.
