Excellent talk as always sir. Thank you. I have an occasional lump which disappears when lying down so I have diagnosed LIH. Unfortunately my gut does not disappear when lying down and I have diagnosed that as disappointment!

Doc I have a hernia, I'm 19 and I'm studying criminology we typically do physical stuff to pass the subjects things like rescue, weapons training and exercise .I accept the fact that I need surgery and I may have to skip some subjects and re take it next summer for my recovery but I'm worried about the other people who might be interested in joining the army, police, or just simply construction work or any work that could involve physical stuff so It would be kind for you to make a video on how to prevent this because a lot of ppl can't afford surgery and even with hernia they still work.

I remember 3 years ago I woke up with INTENSE pain on my lower belly. Like I couldn’t get up to walk, it just hurt so bad. We waited a few days to actually do something about it (we thought it was just a stomach ache) but the pain got so bad that my parents took me to the emergency room. Lol, turned out I had a hernia😋💅
