If we moved to a flat tax, we could eliminate the IRS.
The ATF could be disbanded as states and local jurisdictions have control over those areas.
Neither agency adds value to the American citizen.

Im torn. Those who can, should want to find a vocation and move away from govrrnment support. Others, who cannot, should not have to be "required" to work 80 hrs a month. I think peers are able to help with determination.Those who have never experienced...should not be making final determination. Not cutting off food for children, correct? Not planning on removing children from noncompliant households? This is concerning. I doubt those who make their living off the street care. Part-time and students? Minimum-wage earning households? Egads, the elites have stuck again. God is watching...better be careful.
