It's 2024 and I just wanted to come back and tell you that my husband and I love this dish SO much that we eat it at least once a month STILL. It is a staple for us and we LOVE this recipe!

Just made this and it is so easy! I didn’t have maple syrup so I used sugar and sambal chili paste instead of Korean hot pepper paste. Still yummy! 😋

Vegetarian for 22 yrs. Tofu is underrated!!! Lots of things you can do with it and make it taste better than meat.
