Hi everyone! Today's workout is a 10 minute HIIT workout - pregnancy friendly! It is low impact and quick - only 10 minutes so if you aren't feeling up for a long workout or you only have a little time - this one is perfect for you! I hope you love it :)
Most of my pregnancy workouts will use bodyweight and prenatal pilates moves, while also including safe pregnancy exercises for cardio, the core and general fitness. Most importantly, remember to always listen to your body and how you feel and check with your doctor to make sure these workouts are great for YOU. This is your journey, so do what's best for you!
