This year I added pineapple Sage to my herbs, and I just made a crape Myrtle Tincture for blood pressure regulation and Bronchitis treatment.

Lovely overview!
With rosemary, "layering" works better. Take a young branch and bend it, lightly scuff the under side of the stem where it touches the ground, ' remove leaves from that section (about 4") and cover with soil, and perhaps a small rock. Leave it alone for several weeks, then check to see if it's rooted! You can do several at the same time.
Lavender, bend a short branch and break off the main stem with a bit of "heel" and try rooting those, rather than cutting them off! You can use rooting compound on the ends to aide growth
