Optimally adapted to the needs of our customers - Conform®. Under the brand name Conform® we develop and produce complex cold-formed parts for multifunctional applications, often also customer-specific, but always with sophisticated development know-how and modern machinery. This type of metal forming allows us to produce our Conform® parts at a much lower cost than conventional precision and turned parts manufactured using metal-cutting processes.

Hi we are having problems during welding of cold headed 304 stainless steel fittings to hoses. We don't use any filler metal. Do you have any comment what might be the reason ?

I've been running cold headers for about 4 years. Our standard wire size is about .590 and all the way up to 1" dia. We also run smaller .246-.485.

I've ran National 89's, 56's, 68's and 1012's
National 5/8" & 1" Five Station Boltmakers
Nedschroef BV5 & BV6
Sakamura 1/2" Header/Trimmer
Waterbury 40's
We had a Nedschroef BV10 which could produce parts up to 1.250" dia and 14" long, but sold it.

If you ever want to learn more about headers, shoot me a message!
