The test taking meta has always been to skip a question if you're stuck because questions later on are likely to give you the answer.

Another tip: sometimes the equation you're missing is setting something up later in the test, if you read through it you might find the answer you're looking for used in a later question, more so in history and English but it happens in math if you pay really close attention

So for those who end up having a multiple answer exam, while there are many ways to figure out an answer to a question. There is one that always works, that is the 'The Answer Is Usually C'. I had a teacher tell me this years ago during a State Test and she told me that "If you've done it right but the answer isn't there then either fill in the closest answer or choose C." This happens because more often then not, the answer was made C. So if your doing a test and you have multiple answers in a row that are C? Don't panic, you are correct and you just so happened to get a test were the answer was C multiple times in a row.

So, this is kind of how I took every test in school in most subjects. Math isn’t as easy cause it’s rarely multiple choice and you gotta show work usually, so Math is the one subject ya kinda gotta learn, but otherwise you can almost always… 95-99% of the time get to the right answer just by pure logic. Almost always on a 4 answer multiple choice 2 will be immediately throwaways. So you really only have two choices and usually one will always fit better than the other if you know the basic logic of storytelling, science, or how people think. I almost never did any of my homework, never read any assigned material, etc and I consistently set the curve on tests by just knowing the very basics like what a book was about, the players, etc. Once you know those things you can kind of game the system and pass most classes just by scoring well on tests by understanding testing logic and like how humans operate, mentally, and tell stories.
