In this episode, the papahs tried noodles from around the globe and tried to guess what country they are from! They tried udon, ramen, pad sew ew and more! The loser has to eat a noodle-based punishment!

I'm well versed in all types of Asian noodles and guessed all correct except for the Italy curveball and the Philippines. The spaghetti I actually thought was Filipino spaghetti but can't taste the sweetness through the screen. And the actual Filipino noodles I thought was Cantonese style chowmein with the thin noodles. 😄

"Japchae" is as Korean as it is other East and South East Asian countries. Japchae just means mixed vegetables. It is essentially just glass noodles mixed with veggies and stuff. It's really silly to try and guess where it's from based on a simple dish like that.
