I like how you used various cutting tools from simple tools to power tools

This is a great project. The best tip was one you didn't even narrate. I love how you used the painter's tape to hold up the end of the tape measure.

Pretty sure this is doable for a beginner. Thanks Glen, always wanted to start working with wood and this might be my start!

You kind of forgot to mention the $5000 tools to use

I'm a beginner woodworker and I'm hooked! Have built an Adirondack chair and a French Bench so far and have been stunned and elated at what I apparently can do. Just found your channel, you describe everything so succinctly and explain your choices. Thanks for sharing your talent!

Painter's tape?! And here I was, always relying on another person to hold the other end of the tape measure.

Love the tip on matching up the key holes to the wall screws. Going to use that every time now.

Nice quick and easy project. And I liked the dowel usage vs screws. Good stuff!

Don't know why I never thought of the scrap wood trick to space the mounting holes. Great tip!

I can't believe I did not think of making shelves like this. Cause This is exactly how I make my joints. I literally just made 5 of those last week for shelves in a cabinet.... I just need to get a larger piece of wood for this.

Excellent channel - Done 2 projects from here already (TV back panel and this one to go underneath the panel for the soundbar + electronics hidden in the shelf)

You made it look so easy to make those shelves, the tutorial was great. I like the paint you used, rather than just black. Richer look. Lot's of good tips. Thank you
