I was so lucky to have been able to wander about the site in Wiltshire called Stonehenge!

This was in the early 1970s & at that time, you could go to places like Stonehenge & Avebury & any other ancient archeological site.
I honestly never observed anyone acting disrespectfully at these wonderful places.

People then were as awed by such places as we do today.
However with the advent of Graffiti artists, its probably wise to patrol such places for their protection for generations to come.

There IS definately SOMETHING around Stonehenge
You can feel it while touching the stones or walking among them
Its a frisson, a slight tickle or fizz on the skin

There has been much documented by professionals in this area so i wont go into the whys & wherefores but having been at Stonehenge quite a few times there is a pull or force there & it depends on the time of year or climate- weather conditions to the power of forces.

I live up in North Northumbria in UK, near me is a Neolithic site called Long Meg & Her Daughters
Its much larger than Stonehenge in area, covering an entire field but the stones are much much smaller, some only 12 to 15ins high others are 3 to 4ft in hight, but they do form a large circle & central is a very large neolithic monolith with some indistinct carvings

Its a splendid place & it also has a peculiar atmosphere at certain times, esp Soltices & Pagan religious festivals like Imbolc Beltane etc

There is a definate effect on people ranging from energetic, suporific or languid, hyped, reverential, ive seen people cry for no reason only that they felt a deep long lost sorrow, others have danced & sung for hours not feeling abit tired.

I hope these places are protected
I know the one nearest me Long Meg isnt protected per se, but hasnt had any damage or disrespect & come to no harm.
The " feelings" one gets there havent been diminished in any way.

Ive visited many stone " Henges" in different parts of UK, The Rollwright Stones is another odd place.
Also Henges in France, Scandinavia, North Africa & the Outer Hebrides, islands off Scotland, plus Stone buildings in Eygpt, not just the Pyramids but many not so famous places that have a certain effect.

All special & wondrous & very old.
Peace

why is it that scientists are always more likely to discredit non-archeologists

Reason for this is cuz it's their way of trying to understand what it is and what has been discovered but science cant answer everything that we are finding around the world every day . But I love the fact with science you get a chance to really dig deeper into certain su
subjects

What a bunch of presumptive nonsense. . . It is apparent that no one involved in this production has a clue about ancient religious practice or the effects of psychedelic substance when used with the correct energy. You are all making stuff up. Period.
