My family is looking at potentially moving to the suburbs in Tulsa. I would like to fly out there to check out the neighborhoods. The high crime rate is concerning though. We’ve been checking out properties on Zillow and Realtor.

Just found your channel. Great stuff! I have an amazing property in a beautiful neighborhood in Broken Arrow for rent. It's a 3, 072sqft 4 bed, 2.5 bath with a large bonus room upstairs. It's about 1 year old, so very new & clean. Where is a good place to list it for rent?

Why is the Western areas less cultivated than the eastern side? I know that sounds vague, but at the start of the video with all the suburbs, it seems like other than Sands Spring (I think that is right), there isn't much in that area. Within the Tulsa city limits, the highway system goes almost all around until it hits about the river where the western part doesn't have as many roads and highways. Is that just because the river and the pain in the ass it can be to move across it?
