Raleigh, NC; Bridgeport, CT; Tacoma, WA; Sarasota, FL; Round Rock, TX. I've saved you 5 minutes.

Asking a real estate agent whether you should buy a home right now is like to asking an alcoholic whether they think you should have a drink lol. Homes in my neighborhood that cost around $450k in sales in 2019 are now going for $800 to $950k. Every seller in my neighborhood is currently making a $350k profit. Simply unreal. In all honesty, deflation is what we require. The only other option is for many people to go bankrupt, which would also be bad for the economy. That is the only way to return to normal.

Bridgeport? I nearly lost my breakfast when I watched this. Terrible schools and very high taxes. Yes, the train will take you to NYC and to NY Yankee games and you can take a ferry to Port Jefferson, but there is high crime and most people who live in surrounding towns are afraid to go there.

The fact they put bridgeport on here is hilarious 😂

I lived in Raleigh. Not much there. No culture, not much to do. Great greenway system throughout town. That’s about it. People hang with their own type, and pollen/allergies are the worst I have ever experienced.

Sarasota is a really pretty and clean city. I just visited recently for the first time. It was cute. It will now be ruined by telling the secret that it’s a nice city!

Tacoma Washington (like nearby Seattle) is RIDDLED with violent crime, homelessness, garbage and filth!! …..did I mention CRIME?!? Not to mention the weather is HORRIBLY DEPRESSING most of the year!! (Summer is very nice….blink, and you’ll miss it). I lived there for 24 long, depressing, MISERABLE years and got out!! …..the crime has only gotten WORSE since I left (if that’s even possible). 🤷🏼‍♂️😳

I don’t know why they always talk about the urban places. I lived in Tokyo, Miami, and Chicago. I would never live in a big city again I live in a nice town with only 1500 people and it’s great.

110 degree heat in Texas and 90% humidity. Great place to stay inside.

If you love hot humid weather, big box stores, and chain restaurants, then Round is definitely #1.

I live in Tacoma. It’s the pits AND it’s expensive. Literally one of the unsafest cities in Washington. But the scenery is beautiful and so that’s a win.

i dont think golf courses and the ballet is what the average person in this country is looking for. i would consider this fake news or news for the rich.

FYI Sarasota gets hammered by hurricanes.

We lived in Raleigh for 4 years and LOVED IT! We left and went north to Boston chasing excitment and northern exposure. It was a disappointing disaster! We missed Raleigh dearly!

Well I guess Round Rock is now no longer a secret.

Everything is fine and dandy in Texas until you see your property tax bill. Lol

Sarasota takes an hour to get 10 min drive. Have to be at Siesta beach at 7am to get a parking spot. It's been ruined by over developed greed. Low wages, high insurance, homes expensive.
