I've lived in Cape Town, South Africa my whole life and stopped watching this video as soon as they said its considered to be safe and has low crime rates. Clearly can't trust anything else said in this video as that is veeery far from true

Berlin? Interesting choice. Here in Germany it's known for beeing a trashy place for the crazy people. Us Germans don't have a high opionion about our capital and even if food prices may be cheap, the exessive rent makes completly up for it. There are many hidden gems in Germany but Berlin is non of them. Munich is fine thought, a bit like Zürich, clean and safe but expensive af.
