I've been reading Stephen King for about 40 years, and I really enjoy these stories from your "true crime" podcast perspective. It gives a fresh face to the stories I loved as a kid and still enjoy as an adult!

I hadn't a clue that the "Overlook" has so much infamy. I assumed that it was like any other hotel with many warm bodies, turned cold. I didn't know of any correlation, but now, I am spooked by my encounters in Colorado, that may have a deeper meaning. I am stunned by the authors' great investigation on historical fact, folklore, and willing to bring all perspectives. I am, as always, in awe and spooked! Great story- telling voice, eloquent and spell-binding!

This was brilliant. I don't know which algorithm brought me here, but I'm very glad it did. Bravo.

if I wasn't putting a baby to sleep I would have laughed so hard at the studdering at the end but instead I wipe tears from my eyes. You have a really great podcast, you make everything feel so natural, I'm impressed

Can’t believe I haven’t been recommended this channel til now. First video was strange resorts: tookeys bar and grill (jerusalems lot). Since then this is my fourth or fifth video. Sad I have to clock in. You do a great job on the channel. As a constant reader for over two decades I’m so impressed and appreciative! Thank you, Stephen king’s book club!

Brilliant concept and finished piece . You are so good at bringing the scattered info spread across many novels into one story, can't wait for the next deep dive into Stephen King lore .

Adding the stutter at the end was haunting. I find your content entertaining and, at times, very creepy.

I love how the stutter triggers when he hears the voice of Jack. This channel has some great content. Lots of fun 😊

As J. J. Abrams' "Overlook" prequel show may never happen now, this is exactly what I had hoped it would have been. Great to hear the full stories of Horace Derwent, Mrs. Massey and all the other unfortunate characters of this devilish place. 🙂 Great work! You're a great narrator. I'll likely keep coming back to this video.

This was absolutely splendid! If you haven't yet, you should do one on The Dolphin Hotel from 1408.

Wonderful work, thank you so much! You clearly love Stephen King's books and know them well. I've always considered the Shining to be a nearly perfect novel, and this "podcast" narrative was a fantastic angle, love the ending, props to you! I think Stephen King would really like your channel, honestly.
