The Stanley Hotel is where they filmed the movie “the shining”. It is definitely haunted. This is a view outside of our room… At first I thought it was a ghost… But thank goodness.... it turned out it was only a murder.

The Stanley Hotel was the inspiration of the movie "The Shining" but they didn't film the movie there. It filmed in another location on set and the exteriors was from Oregon's Timberline Lodge.

For those that don't know the name of the hotel is Stanley hotel and the one that build itwas freelond Stanley and be sadly died in 1940 and the 5th floor is the floor where kids play and the was a explosion that happen survive from the explosion but the room was 217 the room were Elizabeth Willson and the cowboy is in 248 and died and there was a girl Luci she hid in the stanley hotel basement and she like Candy's and toys and then she sadly died. For those who don't know it based off of a movie the hotel name is Stanley hotel and the 4th floo is the one the kid playe on the los the most Scarlett Flood and u would find kid stuff there
