Explanation: Eliza lam had mental health issues which made her see visions. She didn’t take her meds this day which caused her to go crazy. People reported that they heard noises and the elevator buttons being clicked over snd over again. She was supposedly trying to escape from the things that were chasing her (her visions). That she had barely any sense of self, she went to the roof and somehow managed to enter the water tank and hid in there. People reported that the water wasn’t running enough and had bl00d in it. When people went to go check, the door to the water tank from the roof was locked. They found Eliza’s body and the reason for how she got in the tank still remains a mystery.

Theres a room near a ladder leading too the roof maybe she went to her room then went to her balcony then climbed the ladder the ladder was placed in the wall near her balcony thats why she might have climbed it
