i sure hope so. I have both. i had treatment for a pinched nerve in my neck and lower back. spine specialist had me do neck extensions and back extensions. It fixed my scm spasms but made my sciatica worse. I have now developed thoracic outlet syndrome and can no longer do neck extensions bc it is PAINFUL and now those scm spasm are coming back. I make one symptom better, the other gets worse. Or it creates a new symtpom 🤦‍♂️ Im stuck at this point. I had the leg and arm numbness for 2 years now and now im getting new symptoms. Losing the will to live.
