My usual go to is: 60g Oats (224cal), 30g Whey (114cal), 500g Low Fat Joghurt 0, 5% or 1, 5% (256cal), 5g Cinnamon (14cal) = 607 cal, 73g carbs, 57g protein. You add 200-400g fruits of your choice and you land somewhere between 810-900 cals. This way you have more mass to eat and get more vitamins in through more fruits. Try it ;)

You can mix in a blender Greek yogurt, milk, a banana, some oatmeal, tahini or peanut butter and maybe some protein powder and you will get a great meal.

Also you can do a breakfast shake similar to this with a blender. Take 1/3 cup of oats, one frozen banana, a handful of berries of your choice, 2 tbsp of peanut butter, 1 scoop of protein powder, 2 cup of milk and throw some greek yogurt in there. Blend it the day before and enjoy it the next morning.

Overnight oats are overrated in my opinion. I’d rather have some nice eggs poached with some big potato’s sliced thin seasoned. Or even an omelette with cooked veg from yesterday yumm. I did the oats everyday and yes it’s good and constant but gets boring.

Do wake up at 7 but first meal is usually around 12 or 1
