Just discovered your desk yoga series! I'm a fibromyalgia patient and most yoga routines are so hard for me because of the amount of lunges and doing stuff where I have to put weight on my arms. It ends up hurting so bad that I get worn out fast. So I really love this series (I just did all of it in one go!) because I can still care for myself without causing more pain. Thank you!

I pulled something yesterday doing a PREworkout stretch... I had pain in my left shoulder for hours despite all the balm I used... but this relieved it in mere minutes!!
