I disconnected the line. Then changed the batteries, then waited 1 minute, then reconnected the line . Works now! Thanks!

I moved into a house with this faucet already installed and didn't realize I could switch it over to manual. This is a game changer. Thanks Dave!!!

I love this product. I have had it installed for several years. What I most like about it is that it's a water saver. No need to let the water run constantly when doing dishes. My experience with customer service has been positive.

Said and done. Just like you said. I replaced the batteries, disconnected the line for a minute or so, plugged back in and it worked like a charm. Thank you sir!

I thought I tried everything, taking the data cable out for 30 seconds like you said did the trick. This solution was NOT in the manual! Thank you sir!!

Thanks! I was using the faucet in manual mode because it stopped working. Replaced the batteries and couldn't get it to work at all :o Couldn't get it to work after turning the button clockwise or counterclockwise but then saw your video and unplugged the data line, waited a couple of minutes and plugged it back in. Voila! Thanks so much!

Thansk for the post! Got a touch free soap dispenser too and now when I'm prepping meat or messy stuff I don't have to touch anything--game changer.

I just discovered I had one of these in the house I just bought, and thanks to your video mine is working!

I also love the fact that just pulling down the head turns it on and off! I think THATS MY FAVORITE FEATURE! I can't tell you how many times I go to other peoples houses and try to turn on their faucets that way! 🤣🤣

Big Thank you. My faucet has been down for weeks. Been on manual mode. (boring) Replaced batteries twice. Tried to contact Bio. Due to heavy demand...Blah, Blah, Blah. Did what you suggested....It works. How long...who knows, but I love the faucet. Thank you.

just had to say thank you. I was about to disassemble the whole thing to figure out what happened. All of a sudden sensor range shortened, to the point where i had to touch my finger on the sensor itself. This took care of it. easy 1 min spent

Thank You Thank You Thank You This thing was driving me nuts. Checked everything. Unplugged and plugged back in repeatedly but never waited 30+ seconds. After waiting about a minute and then plugging back in, it worked great. Thanks.

Worked for me also. Should have done a long time ago. (For me the knob needed to be in just the right place, not too far left or right when turning.)
