I just did chest and triceps today and dips were the only exercise that I really felt after and gave me a pump, even against weights. I can't believe they're not necessary.

Man when we were in high school, the coach used to make us end the workout with 100 dips. Yesterday, I tried to do dips and doing 4 sets of 8 was way harder than I remember

Facts, that’s why I train to failure with dips. No rest in between sets makes it harder but it’s all worth it

I do 3 sets of 10 reps before hitting my triceps in between my push day after doing pushup bench press incline and normal and military shoulder press shoulder side raises and cable low to up flyies so maybe the reason i cant do more

For the first year of my training i could do atleast 7-10 bw dips with good form now at 1.5yrs and a lot of research of form and training i could do 7-10 dips with 40lbs attached. Gonna keep increasing the weights after i reach 15reps again.

The person doing dips at 0:05 isn't even going down all the way, going half way down, a proper dip is all the way as low as you can and then all the way up.

I am able to do dips with 45 lbs added on but I really do them cause I feel it in my triceps and my chest a lot
