Both passed through the obstacle with ease but one now handles like boat on the road. Also if you plan on loading up your car with gear, roof rack full etc. this is absolutely a bad idea on the road if you ever need to quickly avoid a hazard.

Removing anti roll bar gave me more than suspension lift. Fantastic video showing the difference.

Big difference! How does having no sway bars affect the road handling?

Great video! Wanna ask, do you know what that loud “clank” sound is after crossing tge ditch? I’ve also experienced it before and everytime it scares the living hell out of me. Is it even normal?

I recently saw a video where they removed only the front sway bar and left the rear attached. It turns out that slightly stiffer in the back forces the front with removed bar to articulate more then it did when both bars were removed. Have you ever heard of this? It's hard to find but I saw one video where a guy proved it with still pictures on a camera while driving on to multiple ramps front and rear in an axle twisting set up.

invalid comparison, only way to properly compare is with the same vehicle to eliminate all other variables.

Wow! Big difference! I've got a +2" Terrafrma lift on my 2001 Disco 2 and I installed Disco 3 front swaybars on my front and Disco 2 front swaybars on my rear. The Disco 2 front swaybar is 2.5" longer than the stock Disco 2 rears, and the Disco 3 front swaybar is 1" longer than the stock Disco 2 swaybar.

would having no sway bar be better for the vehicle if hitting potholes on road with speed? I would think it would stress the parts less.

Is there any reason why you wouldn’t remove the rear sway bar?

Sway bar is good for normal cars when cornering

Do you have medium or heavy duty springs? I have heavy-duty and I run no rear sway bar on the back and I can't even tell the difference it's almost annoying I kind of want to put medium back on there even though I have Rock sliders and the same bumper as you with a winch. Do you have to run heavy duty with all that stuff or can you run medium with all that extra weight? Anyway what Springs do you have?

Anti-roll bar would be a better term to use. I have no issue with removing for off road only

Hi!
Can you tell me the ref of your sway bar?

pedrodeoliveira

but it seems like no sway bar would cause your axel to detach from the trans without it .. isn't that a possibility..?

Would you please be able to tell me what brand they are and where you got the disconnects from? Cheers
