Its always a winner to ask them about things and take detours on topics you know more about and your convo can just go from anything to everything! :)

Its true, in my experience chatting to women in their 20s on dating websites, they'll happily sit there and tell you all about themselves ! Just keep asking questions about them ! If they start asking questions about you, then that's quite an achievement ! Even more so if they ask follow up questions ! Doesn't hurt to have a couple random things noted down in case you hit a dead end in the conversation.
