Fun note for anyone who gets baker acted and really needs to get out of the ward for a night to handle some business or what have you. Take your pillow and just swing it up at the sprinkler in your room. When you bust it, water rains down, fire alarms go off, but every security door is automatically opened for evacuation purposes. Plan your route to the nearest exit and run away from the hospital. You eventually will be arrested, but at least you have some time to take care of what you need to take care of.

I was in a Russian psychiatric hospital, closed... It is physically impossible to escape from there And even if you run away, they will find you and lock you up for at least another.
