I know she looks great whilst juggling work & family...💐 - Asked for running shoes & they provided ; started jogging up my street with a running burst towards the Finnish... Ahmets non negotiable really helped as I would jog non stop & increase the distance everytime. Not sure about the km though 4hrs + - 20min isnt bad for a former smoker... Consistency & will irrespective of circumstances.
