Question - how does the additional user (that you just create) utilize the ADT control app on their phone? Do they share credentials?

Thank you, haven’t been able to find this answer, sorry, but not even with ADT. When I call customer service, someone is trying to get me to purchase a Medical Alert bracelet. I’m confident I can add users now with this quick and simple explanation.🤗

My app initially required me to enter a code but now it's not coming up. I have to log in with user name and password. Also I can't see any saved recording.

I already know how to do this. I am trying to figure out how to allow employees to use the app for arming and disarming.

This was not useful at all because I'm currently locked out of the app I'm trying to get access to, also called customer service which told me I would have to unlock the app myself through the website I can't login to because it's not letting me reset the password and mind you I'm understandably frustrated the customer service rep hung up on me when I asked her, why do I have to do this? Why can't you just help me and unlock the app on your end?
