I urgently need you to create a role for a sales representative. where you can only see the sales of each user assigned to that role.
Not like now when all users can see the estimates and invoices of the entire company.
It would be great if that could happen for me right now.

Fyi, this doesn't work. I am able to follow the instructions exactly and when the "Manage Users" screen refreshes, the "primary admin" remains the same person. It won't change.

It would be great if you could create a manger role where they can run payroll but not see all the accounts and reports of the entire company. I need help with certain tasks like payroll but do not want my employee to see everything.

Or how mileage tracking seems to randomly stop tracking mileage without notifying us and meaning we miss out on thousands of kms of mileage we can’t claim…

what this doesn't address is if a company has been set-up by an accountant, the accountant leaves the company, and they are still assigned the Primary Administrator role. The owner has no way of changing this. This is a huge and disappointing flaw in this software. Please create a fix and provide information on how to "break" the admin user role if a person leaves and doesn't not remove themselves and is not responding to requests to assist in reassigning this role.

Can I restrict an accountant access? Can I disable their user? I require from him to ask to "open" the access when needed. I do not want him to go in whenever he wants.
