Is the dome worth the 2.5x cost compared to the Arc XL? The dome, with its wood storage cubby and overall shape looks much nicer than the Arc but it’s WAY more expensive. Also, I believe that the Dome’s floor-based flame hole means that it actually has less cooking area than the Arc XL. I’m upgrading from my 6 year old Roccbox but am struggling to choose which new oven to get.

these peels scrape off the aluminum on the stone which then goes on the bottom of the pizza, happens on mine always wondered about that safety

Which door are u using for pre heating?

You must have the Midas touch for getting that pizza onto that peel without having to call pizza 911 (like I did yesterday) Good job!

Does the arc xl come with that door in the front, or did you have to buy that separately?
