Great recipe --people get concerned jam on cream or cream on jam suppose its what you prefer !

One thing I have never made well are scones....can't wait to try your recipe. Being you are from the UK, another thing you can help me clear up. What's the preferred UK way to say scone? Does it rhyme with "gone" or "cone." :)
