Gobble | ChIlli Cheese Garlic Naan

Guaranteed to make your mouth water!
Ingredients
For The Dough:
2 cup Maida or all purpose flour
¾ tsp baking powder
¼ cup curd
2 tsp Oil
¼ cup water
Salt (To Taste)
2 cubes cheese (grated)
2 tsp chilli flakes
For Garlic Butter Spread:
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
1 tbsp chilli flakes
Preparation
Garlic butter:
1. Melt Butter in a bowl
2. Add the rest of the ingredients
Naan:
1. Combine maida, salt and baking powder in a bowl
2. Add curd, mix well, add oil and continue kneading the dough
3. If sticky, add required amount of maida and knead dough
4. Punch well and make a non-sticky, soft dough
5. Cover with moist cloth and rest for minimum 1 hour
6. After an hour, pinch a small lemon sized ball
7. Dust with some maida and roll to a oval shape using rolling pin
8. Cook the naan on a tawa on both sides
9. Once cooked move it to a baking tray and spread the garlic butter over it
10. Top with cheese, coriander and chilli flakes
11. Cook till cheese has melted
12. Cook in an OTG till cheese melts and starts to brown
13. Cut into strips, garnish with coriander or chilli flakes
14. Serve with ketchup
