Gobble | Chilli Chicken

An appetising start to the party!
Ingredients:
350 g boneless chicken (cubed)
1 egg (beaten)
1⁄2 cup corn flour
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp oil
2 large onions (thickly-sliced)
1⁄2 bell peppers of every colour (cubed)
3 large green chilies (thickly-sliced)
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp white pepper
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp coriander leaves (finely-chopped)
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, mix the egg, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste and salt and then add the chicken and coat evenly
2. If the batter looks a dry, add a touch of water to make sure all the chicken is coated evenly
3. Let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes
4. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken until cooked through
5. Drain the excess oil off the cooked chicken on some paper towels
6. Heat a little more oil and sauté the onions and bell peppers on medium heat till tender
7. Add green chilies and sauté for another minute
8. Add the soy sauce, white pepper, vinegar and fried chicken, toss well
9. Remove from heat, garnish with finely-chopped coriander leaves
10. Gobble, gobble, gobble!
