Homemade street food!

Ingredients
200 g cubed Paneer
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp chat masala
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp oil
1 cup chopped onions
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 medium chopped tomato
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tsp salt
1 tsp butter
1 cooked chapati
1 tbsp coriander chutney
1 pinch onion slices

Preparation
1. Take the cubed paneer, Greek yogurt, chilli powder, chat masala, garam masala and turmeric powder in a bowl and mix
2. Heat a pan, pour oil, then add chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste and chopped tomatoes in it
3. Add the paneer-yogurt mix into the pan, then add lemon juice, chopped coriander and salt, mix well
4. Add butter in a separate flat pan and heat the cooked chapati in it
5. Spread coriander chutney on the chapati, then the cooked paneer, then the sliced onions
6. Squeeze a lemon on the paneer then sprinkle a pinch of chat masala
7. Roll the chapati with the filling into a roll
8. Gobble, gobble, gobble!
