Bro when I gained 10 lbs, I thought oh s* it! That is what you get for one cheat meal too many. But then miraculously, I could still fit my 29 inch waist pants, the same as before and after the weight gain; not extra tight as I feared. Go figure!

i actually weigh myself after every meal and if I'm not satisfied with the number i throw up the food. this technique has really helped through the year. love your videos!
