As someone who gets cold sores, I asked my doctor for something to help. He prescribed Valtrex. For me it works better than expected. Just wanted to spread the word to all the HSV-1 hosts out there.

Im 20, I dont smoke or drink alcohol but im prone to it every time I bite my lip or sharp pieces of food scratches my mouth I almost everytime get a canker sore but no one in my family suffers from them as much as me, iv'e had it soo much that you get use to the pain and the uncomfortability of it.
