Completely FDA approved too. Unlike unpasteurized milk.

I started to clean up my diet the last 3 weeks thanks to some of your videos. I've cut out all sugar drinks and frozen foods and switched strictly to extra virgin olive oil instead. Little steps, it's not easy and I do feel like I have to fight my cravings at night but I haven't slept as well in years and already lost 7 pounds in these few weeks.

That’s why McDonald’s french fries don’t have an expiration date. Makes sense now. I’m good

Come to South Africa, I make hand cut fries fried in grass fed beef tallow with himalayan salt and optional agad & naturully fermented chilli sauce.

I worked at chickfila in the mid 90's. We used half beef tallow, and oil to cook the waffle fries. They were the best ever. When fast food started phasing out beef tallow, fries became unrecognizable. Young people these days have no idea how good french fries were in the 80s and 90s.

Only in the US tho. Our fries in the UK contain only Potato, Salt and Oil (oil they were fried in). Nothing else.

Processed foods are like music industry nowadays, too many composers but sounds artificial. I just miss the Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Queen, Bob Dylan, and Motown eras.

Thank you, I was completely unaware of this! As a diabetic I don't eat fries much or often, but would sometimes love having McDonald's fries - I didn't think they could put so much crap in such a simple food! Now I know better! By the way, I love In-N-Out fries which you see them cut the potatoes into fries and then they go right in the oil - which is sunflower oil which is not real good but it doesn't have all that other junk in it at least

It’s addicting. Lots of food is made to hook you as a consumer vs provide nutrients, unfortunately

I disagree with some things you say but this is so true I used to go to fast food a couple times a month but I stopped a few months ago because of you and some other peoples videos and I stopped eating seed oils. Thanks so much you are helping out so many people

Not surprised about the puddy. I took my daughter off all cereals a year ago because they practically put chemicals in cereal that is used for paint thinners, now I always cook her her eggs and a bowl of fruit for breakfast. Her eczema has done away and she is less hungry. I also can't touch anything fast food or even premade because I get severe stomach aches and bloat up really bad. Your videos helped me out alot the past 2 weeks since I discovered you. I was 250 pounds and currently at 229 pounds right now and the weight is just melting off, even more now that I do alot of cardio, body weight workouts and light weight high rep exercises.

I don’t do fast foods or restaurants anymore unless I have to. I used to gorge on fries and Big Macs whoppers and soda along with a 350 frame and 4 x sixes for 5 foot 8 inches. Lost over 120 pounds doing carnivore. More weight to lose! Thanks Dr. Paul because you’re right. Under carnivore my sugar levels are normal!

Let's also add to the list of what Paul says the worst of all: Advanced glycation end products.

I suspect that, anything take out, or delivery is cooked with seed oil. It's not worth it.
