Tony, I’ve started sparring recently. Each round goes with a different teammate. Can you do a video on this? How to grow better at sparring, how to set goals for each session, especially if you’re a beginner? And also how do you learn from your mistakes and try to improve for the next round, for the next session? How do you use your advantages in your favor? I have long arms and throw a lot of jabs and crosses, but have a hard time when people get inside or to throw short punches combinations myself. Thank you!

4 punch to the body and hook to the head is still my all time favourite 💯, i used alot in my sparring but it took me 2 months to master it(even though I'm still not that good😂), i love the 1, 2 side step 1 too❤️
