Hi. Thank you for rekindling discussions on psychoanalysis that have been lost for a long time, and are yet very relevant to contemporary individual as well as social psychology (applied and clinical). There is a vast area to explore how it applies to Indian settings and psychoanalysis is generally an endless sea.

RE: 40.01 where you're talking about the missing link between neuroscience and psychoanalysis. There is a entire field dedicated to this by the name of Neuropsychoanalysis. The links that you were trying to establish between the hierarchy of brain areas and the topographical model of Freud has been written about in journals dedicated to neuropsychoanalysis. You may want to look up the works of Dr Mark Solms.
