Just saw the trailer. Most recognizable cat animation I’ve ever seen, including the noises.
And I hope it makes black cats more adoptable in the countries where they have a problem with that.

I really hope that they give this film a proper Blu-Ray release through criterion. One with a lot of extras. I’m really interesten in the proces Gints uses. He is not Storyboarding his films in the sense that other animated films do. He understands something about cinema that most animation studios don’t .

Best animated film I’ve ever seen and with no dialogue is amazing. I’ve seen so many short films with no dialogue so it’s amazing to see a whole film. I also think it would have been funny if the cat hated water, but I still love that they don’t mind the water. Excited to see this!

Going to see this with my mom next weekend. Grown up with cats my whole life, having up to 6 or 7 at one time. Now living away from my mom I have 1 black cat named Buck so I'm excited to watch him go on an adventure! My mom still has several cats so we're both looking forward to this beautiful journey.
