Yeah this would be great if it weren't for the fact that the website is ridiculously slow at informing you when something is going on. It took 8 months to record and report to me about a lien that was put on my house back in June 2022, it's now Feb 2023 and I just got the email notification. If I hadn't been notified earlier by my Mortgage that the lien was being placed I would have never even heard about it from Property Watch until it was too late.

So it doesn't actually stop anything. It just lets the property owner know after the fraud has been perpetrated.
