Paying $7000 for those exterior front and rear door are just a big ripoff. The door itself at the lumber yard probably only around $800 to $1000. Good thing that he got his money back.

Customer comes first. If I was i8n a situation the customer would have to wait, I would rather pay out of pocket for ANOTHER contractor to correct it. A LOT less embarrassing than ruining a reputation.
