Bio -
Phil Daru is the Head trainer for some of the top athletes in the world and creator of Daru Strong Training Systems and founder of Daru Strong Performance Center. Daru has degrees in sports medicine and exercise science from Alabama State University where he played division 1 football. Holding certifications with Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) Functional Range Movement Specialist (FRCms) and Kabuki Movement Specialist (NSCA-KMS).

Daru then began a career in MMA and turned professional at 21 years old where he then developed his own systems for training fighters. Daru has also competed in strongman, bodybuilding, and Bjj Gi and No Gi and currently competes in powerlifting. He has worked with well over 200 plus fighters including world champions like Joanna Jedrzejczyk, Dustin Poirier, Edson Barboza, Junior Dos Santos, Frankie Edgar, Tecia Torres, King Mo Lawal, Andrei Arlovski and many others. Coach Daru is a two time award winning Trainer of the Year for the Florida MMA Awards and Nominated for the Trainer of the Year for the World MMA Awards. He has been globally recognized for his contributions in combat sports performance and has traveled to over 10 countries teaching and mentoring. Hey Phill, I'm an amateur boxing/SC coach and one of my fighters just won the Oregon State Golden Gloves championship 132 lb division. I just want to give you a BIG shout out as I use a lot of the techniques from your videos to prepare my fighters.
That being said, I would love to see more videos on proper diet and nutrition as they are just as important as the training.

I use omega 3s, creatine, arginine/nitric oxide booster, a supplement for oxygen delivery, and collagen/amino supplement. Protein on days I don’t feel like I’ve eaten enough.

TURMERIC! You need to take capsules to get the benefits, but the science on turmeric makes it worth taking. Phil Daru goes heavy on anti-inflammatory supplements and turmeric is an excellent ant-inflammatory. Personally, I don't feel the difference with fish oils, but I do with I am one of the older dudes posting here.

Awesome the only two supplements I take, Since he didn't recommend any brand Thorne is great, but I currently use Nordic Natural - Ultra Omega and Vital Protein Collagen. Also does he recommend an additional creatine supplement or just the benefits of creatine synthesis from the collagen + fish oil?

I agree with almost everything you just said, except the fish oil, I would change it out with organic cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, because it has the same effects plus over 100 benefits, and it's rich in omega 3s fatty acids. I would also add real cold pressed black seed oil to have a balance of 6s and 9s in order to keep the inflammation away as much a possible in order to get the blood as rich as you possibly can with oxygen, I would also add magnesium and potassium as well as baking soda water to amplify your performance to the Great Job on this video.

I mix collagen with MSM and glucosamine and drink it with a capsule of magnesium and a pill of zinc 1h before I go to bed.
