From the moment we become a parent our primary role is to be the greatest teacher our child will ever have. We are quite rightly obsessed with this job, as we must teach them everything from how to walk and talk to really important stuff like how to be good, kind and happy. But what if, in our preoccupation with this role, we are missing something? Like how much they have to teach us? Maybe, when it comes to toddlers, there are times when we would be better served not as teachers but pupils. Matt Coyne is the creator of the award-winning parenting blog ‘Man vs. Baby’, which currently has over a quarter of a million followers on social media. He is also the author of two Sunday Times bestselling books on the subject of parenting, titled ‘Man vs Baby’ and ‘Man vs Toddler’, and is a contributing writer for The Guardian, The Telegraph and GQ Magazine. Matt lives in Sheffield, England with his partner Lyndsay, his son Charlie and a Jack Russell with issues called ‘Eddie’.

Loved every bit of this talk. I have a 4 year old so this talk is very relatable. Full of humour yet so wise ☺️❤️
