Im not sure but I think my pros are broken because the left one works and connects the other doesn’t but both charge in the case so if I disconnect the left and connect the right it starts to work but left doesn’t I’ve tried everything like resetting it.

I have some AirPods 2 and one day out of nowhere like this because yes, the left one stopped being heard, the strange thing is that the ear stop works, the touches on the AirPod and the microphone perfectly, that one charges normally, no I dropped it, nor did water enter it, the Audio did not present any type of degradation over time, it was only from one moment to another, I have practically tried everything at the software level, my hypothesis is that the firmware has been updated and that caused the problem…. I have the latest version of iOS, I have also tried them with another iPhone, even with Windows and Android and the same thing happens, if someone has performed a strange procedure that is not the typical thing that all the videos say please 🙏 help me 🥲

i followed your instruction. But when i opened it, i see nothing inside that look like your airpod. what version is yours? mine looks more sophisticated with a circuit board inside without that 2 wires that is shouldered on it. Are you sure yours is original from Apple?

My AirPods say that both of them are charged but when I use both of them, only the left airpod shuts off after a minute or so. And every time I charge it again and try to use it, it still shuts off. Most tutorials say to clean it or to reset it but nothing works. Might you have any potential solutions I can try?

My right AirPods has no sound. So I only can wear the left one. I have the AirPods 2nd generation(not the wireless charging case one) I bought them in 2019.
