Father = Padre = Pater(latin) = the one who take care of others, the protector

So glad I found this channel. I have a lot of baggage with my father and my stepfather. I projected a lot of that baggage onto God. This message really helped me. Thank you so much. I really needed to hear that.

1:30 - 2:33 Wow, I never thought of it that way 🤯 now it makes sense to me!

Chris spoke of the separation between himself and his father and that with THE FATHER there is no separation. Yet when Adam sinned there was separation between mankind and the Father. Is this a post crucifixion difference?

1:31 this whole point fails on the point that the man in a human relationship does not solely create a new human being.

For this to make sense, you are saying that creation is being cared for by…who? Who is the “mother” in this scenario?

3:15 additionally you say that if God were both father and mother - then creation would be divine and therefore pantheism. What? A child of two parents is not then the same as their parents. They are a distinct human being that share traits from both parents. Does that not actually reflect God’s relationship with us much better?

This is a weak argument.

Christopher I appreciate your content.

I think you meant to say that Creation is outside of God's being and not outside of His Fatherhood...

To those saying God is not he: the Bible repeatedly says God is HE. Look into the origins of His name Yahweh. No arguments about it, the Word of God will not be changed to fit today's demonic agenda. Those who want to truly follow Christ need to stop trying to fit their compromises into the Bible. Why deceives yourselves? It's not pleasing God and it's certainly not setting yourselves in the right way. Go back to Genesis 1, too

Christopher, how would you answer to someone who objected to your first point with Acts 17:28: "In Him we live, move and exist"? I know God makes of us entities who participate but are distinct from his own Being, but then, why does St Paul say we live "in God"? Does that make him "Mother" as well as "Father"?

Sorry if this is a stupid question: Why is the Holy Spirit called the “spouse” of Mary?

God DOES have a gender, which is male. When I was young boy, I remember being told by a Christian teacher that "God is neither male nor female, " and it ruined my relationship with God and led me down a dark demonic path.

Shouldn’t we say God has both male and female in him, rather than that he has no gender? Both sexes points to different sides in God?

I'm scared of God 😮 For who can endure the day of his coming? Who can stand when he appears? 😦

Excellent. We believe in a God who is external to creation. Logic has proved that the universe and even mathematics itself is not self contained (Gödel). Pantheism is clearly false.
Another analogy is the sun without which there would be no life. The suns energy impregnated the earth, which is often called mother.

I’m not convinced, the bible always say we are IN Christ, the idea that being within is some motherly trait is weird, I’ve never thought that way about being In Jesus who btw is the actual creator of all things. The analogy of man creating life outside of themselves is also not convincing to me because he then tries to link it by saying the father is the source of all things, yeah but what does that have anything man creating life outside of themselves? Are man now the source of life simply by creating life outside of themselves? This doesn’t follow logically maybe I’m missing something. Man are not the originator of life by simple creating life outside themselves in my understanding. I think the answer that Jesus told us so is more coherent, and most of the Fathers traits do sound fatherly

Ok, so, divine is outside, and that's why we call God Father, and if divinity would come from inside and it'd be Mother... so why does Jesus, who is God, calls out for "Father" ? I mean, I understand WE are not divine so He's our Father, but Jesus was divine ...

a higher power having a gender makes lil sense too lets be real if you are the creator you cant only be just 1 you need both to create..
