Aramaic/Syriac was indeed the language Our Lord and Our God Isho Mshiha (Jesus Christ) used with his mother (Marth Mariyam) and his holy Apostles (Slihe). In the Syriac Churches of Christianity, we still use the Aramaic language in worship. Alaha is just the Aramaic word for God, like Allah does not necessarily mean the Islamic God, but simply a word for God in the Arabic language. Hence Arab Christians use the term Allah as well. If an Arab Christian says Jesus is Allah, then is the Arab Christian referring to the Islamic God?
