Xbox One X Disassembly and Repairabilty!

The Xbox One X is Microsoft's latest gaming console. It promises 40% more power than any other console for immersive, true 4K gaming. We've seen two previous versions of the Xbox One on our teardown table—the original and Xbox One S—and both impressed us with their ease of disassembly and modular components. Will the Xbox One X continue this trend, or does all that extra horse power come at the price of decreased repairability? There's only one way to find out and that's to tear this thing down!

I know this is for educational purposes only. Still I want to point out to anyone that has an xbox x not a scorpio. There is a difference in how to take the top panel off. To be very literal this title in the video then watching will not match. The x has 2 extra steps. Same easy 2 screw panel. Here's the difference in the 2. There are 2 ribbons connecting the panel. It's a pain if not careful opening panel. If you don't look and boink the lid off like they did in video you may damage the ribbons or the connectors. One ribbon is super easy. You still have no slack so will have to pull ribbon off underpanel to get some slack. It may or may not restick to the panel though when putting back together. 2nd ribbon is the pain. Barely any slack and its connected under a screwed panel. Remove screws and be careful. Any ribbon removal technique will work but if not comfortable please watch an instructional video or google it.

I'm having a issue putting the metal frame back on top of the xbox. I swear it is fully seated, but the long screws do not tighten. They're just free spinning. Any ideas for help?
