I cannot believe the video shows the USB device inserted incorrectly. I'm on day 2 of trying to get this functioning. Very frustrated. I've set up almost 10 smart devices in my house. Why is this so poorly designed? Full instructions are also left out of this video.

On 5th try. It connects to my phone but then when trying to talk over wifi it says not online. This was the hardest part of the entire install lol. Still haven't resolved

my directions say insert side B, not A.

Make sure Cellular data is turned OFF in settings FIRST! Had to call tech support after 45 min of frustration!

Directions say side B faces out. Either way, it will not show up in wireless

My Follow me feature is not working. The remote is reading the room temperature too high. It constantly says it is 80 degrees when it is definitely not. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Is this SmartKit replacement the reason why my unit can no longer connect via the old app? For some reason, my app no longer had it connect. And when I reconnect and join the WiFi network, the app just keeps redirecting back to it's own settings when I hit next. I just bought this new one because I got tired of attempting.
