After a cold plunge, even if it is not iced water but just cold water, once you are out, you can feel the blood flowing in your body. It is a very good feeling and you feel like new. Just make sure not to stay too long, the idea is to get your heart going and blood flowing everywhere, not to destroy your skin or get you sick.
