after some more tweaks in nvidia i finally able to make my laptop (1660 ti, i7, 16gb ram) wich is also 6 years old run at 70 fps and the game actually looks decent! Thank you so much this was an excellent guide.

Here’s something I’m not sure what’s causing it or if it’s normal, I have msi b650p WiFi board, ryzen 7 7700x, rx 7600, 32gb Corsair ram. And 850w gold plus Corsair psu. When I open adrenaline and watch the performance I’m seeing massive gpu usage and my cpu is usually around 50 when playing rust. I’ve tried updating my bios a couple times and it always seems to brick my pc forcing me to remove the cmos battery to reset it. I do have xmp to get my 6000mt speed. And when I run ryzen master I notice about 3 cores aren’t being used when I run rust.

I’m at a loss as to why my cpu seems to be slacking. Now I will double check my settings you started with to see if there’s something in that should be off.

I really just feel like my cpu isn’t being utilized as much as it should be. I’m also cooling it with a Corsair aio.

i like the video but really hard to see your screen i would zoom in your font screen by holding control and mouse wheel when making videos . :')

For wireless mices users, if u do have micro stutters, set in ghub, bloody software, razer synapse or whatever mouse u have 1000hz, I've had 8k and it was unplayable, I've tried even 125, 250 but 1k got me rid of lags, 1000hz is the same amount of hz that wire one has.
I hope that I've helped someone with that.

Hey, maybe you can help me out. Got a i7-7700k and a 3070 with 32 gigs of ram. Struggling to get good constant frames. Would have specific settings I should be using

Set shadow quality to 0 and it makes it easier to see things at night, and water quality to 1 makes body bags and things floating on ocean surface more visible. Both don't really effect your fps.

xmp does make your ram faster but it doesnt really have a impact while gaming if you do enable it to your adviser speed and your game crashed or your pc while gaming go back to bios and lower the speed by 100 do that until your system is stable

Im on a shit PC I5 4590 16GB of DDR 3 Ram and a 1060 3GB and these setting took me from 45-60fps but I have shadow replay on!! but i followed all the setting windows and geforce.. appreciate it! however who know after the terrain update!!

Lenovo Legion AMD 6900HX 3070TI 16GB getting in between 70-100 fps with the "new world". With all the tweak that's about best I can get. Not sure why I expect it to be better, but it should be. Anyone else with similar specs?
